Beginning in 2009, KCTCS Online, the virtual learning initiative of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, will offer an associate degree in business administration delivered by Elizabethtown Community and Technical College, an associate degree in information technology delivered by Hazard Community and Technical College, and certificates that address specific workforce needs delivered by various colleges.
